Under the leadership of Executive Director Dr. Marcela Dominguez and a team of experienced healthcare professionals, we create personalized treatment plans designed to address the underlying causes of illness and restore lasting health.
We focus on the root cause of unwanted symptoms, restoring normal organ function to help alleviate those symptoms.

Your Personalized Care Journey

Discovery Consultation
We will have an initial telemedicine consultation with you to determine whether you can benefit from the program. Then, a 60-minute telemedicine appointment will be scheduled.

Personalized Evaluation
Your personalized program begins to take shape. We consider your life story, experiences, exposures, and genetic profile to better understand the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms and potential health risks.

Your Care Plan
The insights we gained help guide us in the creation of a personalized program designed around your individual needs and health goals.

Support
Ongoing support from a care partner who will guide and support you through the entire 3-month program. Weekly emails, monthly telemedicine visits, and two scheduled 15-minute phone visits with your preferred provider allow you regular monitoring of your program and opportunities to address any health concerns along the way.

Follow-Up
We will email you 3 months after you've completed your initial 3-month program, to see if additional support is needed.

The Dominguez-Roth Foundation was born from an extraordinary friendship between physician Dr. Marcela Dominguez and patient Julie Roth.
United by a shared belief in the power of integrative medicine, they envisioned a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping others find hope, healing, and access to compassionate, whole-person healthcare.
Today, the Foundation continues that vision through patient care, education, research, and financial assistance—honoring Julie's legacy by helping others live healthier, fuller lives.
